The processing costs for accepting, then refunding, then accepting again funds through credit card payments are extreme (roughly 4.5%).  To prevent avoidable losses, refunds will be calculated and processed once the schools decide on the return dates. Thank you for your understanding.  Stay safe!

Below you can find the ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM for the Spring term hot lunch program, as well as a PDF copy of the Spring menu.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SPRING HOT LUNCH PRICING ALREADY INCLUDES A PRICING ADJUSTMENT FOR WINTER TERM STRIKE DATES! 

CURRENT PRICING ALSO REFLECTS THE TWO WEEK SCHOOL CLOSURE MARCH 23 – APRIL 3.

IF FURTHER CLOSURES HAPPEN, WE WILL CREDIT OR REFUND – DEPENDING ON THE LEGNTH OF THE CLOSURE.  THANKS.  

Term two lunches start  TBD and go until Thursday, June 25th.

ONLINE PAYMENT WITH VISA or MASTERCARD is preferred but E-transfer works too!

PLEASE NOTE: Your child will NOT be on the hot lunch list for Spring unless you have added him/her online.

Payment by cheque or cash dropped off at the school office is fine – you just need to indicate that you will be paying through those methods on your online order form.  You still MUST add your child online.

If you cannot figure out the online system for any reason, please just send me an e-mail.

Our facility is completely nut/seed free. Please let me know about any other allergies by including the allergens in the comments section of your child’s order.

Vegetarian lunches can be ordered online – just write VEGETARIAN in the comments section.  Celiac meals are also available at an additional cost of $1/lunch.
