Dear JICS Parents,

I am pleased to be introducing our hot lunch program to The Jackman Institute of Child Studies Lab School!

Below you can find the ONLINE ORDERING FORM for the Fall 2019 term, as well as a copy of the Fall menu.  Term one lunches start Monday, September 9th and go to December 20th.

ORDERS ARE DUE FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 6TH

PLEASE NOTE:  Your child will NOT be on the hot lunch list unless you have added them online.

Payment by cheque or cash dropped off at the school officer is also fine – you just need to indicate that you will be paying through those methods on your order form-  but you still MUST add your child online.

If you cannot figure out the online system for any reason, please just send me an e-mail with your child’s details (full name, school, teacher, days you want hot lunch, and how you will be paying) and I will add them myself online.
