SPRING TERM HOT LUNCHES – APRIL 6 – JUNE 24

DEADLINE FOR SPRING TERM ORDERS: WEDNESDAY, APRIL 1st

NOTE – THERE HAS BEEN A CREDIT ADDED TO THURSDAY PRICING FOR THE THURSDAY SNOW DAY

This Spring, we will be going back to a Tuesday & Thursday only menu.  Unfortunately, we did not get enough interest in a 5 day a week lunch plan since we started increasing days in the fall.  Most families chose to stick to the original Tuesdays and Thursdays, so we are scaling back to those two days.  For those parents who did enjoy the convenience of more days per week, we apologize, and please know that we did not make this decision easily.

All of our meals are prepared in our nut and seed free kitchen in Leaside.  If your child has other dietary restrictions or allergens (vegetarian, dairy or egg for example), just make a note in the comment section of the order form and we will accommodate.  Your child’s special will come in the class bin clearly marked with his/her name.  Celiac meals are also available for an additional cost of $1 per lunch.

For the younger students, lunch will be delivered in containers with meals pre-packed on site to ensure food is hot at lunch time! Meals will be dropped off right before lunch service at your child’s classroom door or in the common eating room. For the older students, lunches will be served buffet style in the lunchroom.  The system is 100% green – all containers and forks are returned to us at the end of lunch.

One-off lunch cancelations are limited to TWO CREDIT PER TERM PER CHILD.  If your child is going to be away on a field trip or for appointments or illness, please let us know before 7am that day and we will cancel the lunch and credit your account for use next term.  

If your child will be away for an extended period of time, please let me know by email, or if you know before your next term ordering, add a note to the comments section of your order and choose etransfer as your payment option and I will calculate the prorated amount for you to send in.
