A blend of five varieties picked in the cool of the night to lock in freshness, it pours pale pink with a whisper of salmon. Charming and bone dry, it leans on ripe stone fruit, apricot, and white peach, finishing crisp and clean. This is summer in a glass, with nearly 800 years of history behind it.
