2009 Luis Pato Vinha Barrio, Portugal Jolie Laide the “élevage” is done primarilyThe Vinha Barrio abuts Vinha Formal to the east, in full view of the Bussaco Mountains (the western border of Do) and sits on a pocket of extremely chalky soils with intermittent dollops of sand. This is the second smallest vineyard at the Pato estate, and thus rarely produces enough fruit to be bottled as a single vineyard wine.
